When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, or use our online eligibility assessment at score.metropolvisa.com, we may collect identity, contact, passport, immigration, financial and supporting information needed to assess and manage consultancy services. We do not host a contact form on this website; enquiries reach us through the channels above.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. We store your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage so the consent banner is not shown again. We use Google Tag Manager, which can load Google Analytics and marketing tags that set cookies to measure traffic and support our advertising. Pages that embed Google Maps and the WhatsApp chat button may also set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
Data is used to provide consultancy, prepare and manage applications, communicate with you, meet legal obligations and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.
We process personal data under the UK GDPR and, where applicable, Turkey’s KVKK: with your consent, to perform our consultancy contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.
Where needed, information may be shared with immigration authorities, trusted service providers, couriers, translators and legal or regulatory bodies. Third parties such as Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Maps) and WhatsApp process limited data when their features are used. Because we operate in the UK and Turkey, your data may be transferred between these countries with appropriate safeguards.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent by emailing hello@metropolvisa.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or, in Turkey, the KVKK Authority.
